Sunlight on Rievaulx
by davidstorm
We visited Rievaulx Abbey today - what a spectacular place, not just the Abbey, but the surrounding countryside and the village of Rievaulx itself. I decided to use just one lens today, the Pentax-M 28mm F3.5 as I think it is great for this type of work.

Nicely done. Viwed in large the person in blue sweater becomes more important in the image. Tack sharp. Like the sky too. t I wiki'd the story of the Abbey, After a 400 year run the abbey closed in 1538, Old is Old in the UK vs US.
