Yes I did do the full length of the walkway. You need a harness and 'cow's tails' to clip onto the steel cable that has been installed for protection as there are lots of holes in the path. Its an abseil off at the far end which is about 1 km or so.

We love this area, Steve. Nice to see it again and with a new EMU, I think. Great walking area.
