Aircraft Engine

by davidstorm

Final one of three tonight, shot at the Science Museum London in natural light with the Chinon 50mm F1.9 at F2.8. This lens has proved to be very sharp at wide apertures and creates lovely smooth bokeh. I know the 'engineering' pictures are not to all tastes, but I like the textures, lines and shapes they create.

I like the tones and structure, reminds me of some I shot in the 70's at the Science museum in Brum, with my first camera ...a Ricoh XR1
Might have to revisit!

Strong graphic, good DOF - though it was saxophone or something at first
