Heraldic Bull

This is one of the stone carvings which atop the pillars either side of the main entrance to Blickling Hall.
Many visitors mistake these for lions of some other heraldic beast but they are, in fact, Bulls as these are part of the Coat of Arms of the Hobart family who had the current hall built in the 17th C.
