A Catherine Wheel of Autumn Leaves....

All the Seasonal Colours that I could find around the meadow....
with the exception of the flames...
someone else's Sumac is someone else's problem...
the damned things sucker everywhere!!
But a lot of people around here seem to grow them....
so there isn't a problem for us....
we can enjoy the colour at a safe distance!
The berries in the middle are shiny, red rosehips...
and Spindle berries... gaudy in their totally outlandish pink!

I've always wanted to have a go at some ephemeral art....
this subject gave me the opportunity.
