When the boat comes in
by Flan
The much bigger vessels come into Foynes port about 20 30 miles down the estuary and bigger again vessels up to three hundred thousand tonnes arrive at Alcan Aluminium on Aughinish island Askeaton in the lower esturary, The Ruskies own it for the last 25 odd years
Very interesting photo Flan but what happened to the sky?
It was half four in the afternoon and very dull almost dark when this bright vessel appeared out of nowhere as i was preoccupied looking elsewhere with a tripod no less.
So exposed quickly for the highlights on the ship and edited it later in the week and the sky is magenta an blue and containing artefacts too because maybe a glass of wine or two was also involved in the edit.
Too many cooks Tommyt
