A spectacular scene, Bjorn. Were that waterfall to be in Britain, people would drive for miles to see it.
Best wishes,

Andrew

The photo above was taken near a small town called Odda, which lies at the Southern end of one of the branches of the Hardangerfjord, a most popular tourist destination. Nearby there are several other impressive waterfalls, and if one drives about one hour northwards along the fjord, one arrives at Eidfjord where one finds maybe the most well known waterfall in Norway, the Vøringsfossen waterfall. Both tourist from Europe and from Norway travel to this region of Norway to see the waterfalls and fjords surrounded by steep mountains.
