A bug ,,,,,of some sort!

I found it in the garden but have no idea what it is, anybody know?


Taken using a Tamron 90mm macro manual focus lens + three Pentax extension tubes

Stunning shot sharp clear & well lit, what extension tubes do you use and what flash?

Thanks for the comments folks, I used a set of Pentax manual extension tubes(3 of them). The flash was the on-camera flash and i used a sheet of A1 cream card as reflector.
I've since been told it might be a 'Pied Shieldbug Nymph' it's about 5mm long.

great shot - I was going to say it looks like some sort of shield bug but that's about where my knowledge base is exhausted...
