Garden Shed Disc Routing

Photo Information
Attempting to make a Diffuser from 3mm thick opal perspex for my Pentax Ring Flash, I needed to cut circular profiles and a 1.5mm deep circular folding groove. By mounting a slab of MDF to the steel cutting fence you can slacken the right hand black thumb clamping nut and swing the slab towards the Router cutter to apply a cut, clamp the thumb nut then rotate the centre screwed perspex disc with finger pressure to generate the curve. Oh for a milling machine and a lathe! I don't think that I, or the camera has focused very well!
