Critique: Don't normally apply the rule of thirds, but in this image you have to. I can see you were after a reflection, but along came that breeze and rippled the water, now there is too much foreground doing nothing. I think a crop into the water and re-size your image would improve things. sorry

I agree with Rees. Lovely shot though.
