A photograph of a painting ?!?!?!?
If so, what may be the point on this site ?
If, on the other hand, it is a reworked photo...

OK. Good indeed. Very nice effect. The question now isó How the heck?
Really does look like an illustration from some book of my youth, something like: "The Wonder Book of Railways".

I love this effect and as Grodgeman said, so reminiscent of the old style pictures for the books of that day, i would love to use this effect but sadly i don't have PS

Thanks for your comment Maria. I used LR6 for this one but you can also use Google Nik Collection in some versions of Elements. Good thing is Nik Collection is now Free link
