Made me smile Barrie - your 'natural' interpretation - mine with a CPL attached and light levels and contrast tweaked in LR.

On balance - think I prefer yours - mine looks too orange - although I did not make any colour or saturation adjustments.

This image got me thinking about comments people sometimes make about realism. Often people say images don't look realistic after PP but I wonder if they sometimes mean they don't look like a photograph is supposed to ! Our eye produces the best images and I think some of these rendered pictures look more like that to me than straight digital images. Perhaps people are so used to looking at digital images they have forgotten their own eyes reality!
