Aphid

Aphid

by paullucas

Now and again I go outside into my garden and study the honeysuckle. There is such a huge variety of bugs, aphids, etc, crawling around. Most people won't notice them as they are so small.
I stood there for ages studying this little aphid and managed to get some good shots.

Hope you enjoy

Interesting composition which I do like, need lots of patience for shots like these, if you don't mind me saying, on a shot as intense as this, I would prefer your name further down the image, say bottom right, a bit distracting in a good image - well taken though.
Not everything in life is Black & White, If only it were!

Thanks for your comments, they are appreciated

The reason that my name is there and that it is so bold is because this image is on my website and like all the other images on there they are copyrighted.

If the name is too low down then the image could be copied then cropped. Higher up makes it more difficult. Ok it can be cloned out but its not as easy. I am quite reluctant to put my best shots on any website that I have no control over.
Sorry for the long winded explanation

This is a nice macro Paul, i agree with the above comment regarding your copyright mark, it do distract from a very good composition, Cannot agree with you regarding the cloning out of the copyright mark, it is very easy to do........that is if any unscrupulous person would want to stoop that low.
