Viburnum farreri in blossom

by kasperbergholt

Viburnum farreri, 'Kejserbusk' in Danish, orignally home to North China, but blossoming now in parks here in Copenhagen at the end of March. Sakura-like bokeh.

Sor some reason, the photo is identified as being taken with a Canon Digital Ixus 430 camera. I'm unable to change it. The photo is taken with a Pentax K5 & Carl Zeiss 35mm f/2 manual focus lens.

From my 'Flora Excursoria Hafniensis' series which takes its point of departure in a book by the Danish botanist Salomon Thomas Nicolai Drejer in 1838. Drejer lated worked on 'Flora Danica' that spanned from 1761 to 1883.
