Thanks both GIULIO and go4IT, just learning the lens as a full frame 100mm
Its very light weight and non intrusive on the k1
the 50 mm thread at the front is great for my old cookin filters, which i must attach sometime in the future for personal pleasure
the auto focus might be slow but is very accurate on my camera so far
just enjoying it for the moment

Good shot. This lens is good for Landscapes too, I have had some surprising good results using it. IMHO of course

thanks loadoftripe, but the eye detail is not there and that's the important bit
Its interesting the lens in that the very shallow dept of field even in f8 has surprised me also but could lead to a different take on a scene
i know its a macro but i just don't do hardly any at all
i will do a few ,now that i have no excuse not too
