Botany Bay

Photo Information
Having spent a lovely hour and a bit at the beach, despite the sunrise being rather underwhelming, we where on our way back to the car when I turned back one last time... This was shot practically blind as the sun was too strong to look through the view finder and had no time to even turn live view on as the person was walking and I wanted to catch her/him so camera on, green button, spin the aperture dial up without looking and shoot what in a way luckily turned out to be a bracket of 3, which was the last mode I used. Sadly, it was unexpected so there is motion blur upon close inspection on all but the darkest frame

Definitely coming back to that beach. A lovely, lovely place.

The "blur" bothered me not at all. A yummy shot. Good going, Mag07.

Fast thinking in a 'tight' spot with a really nice result
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

sharpness does not make a great picture. but composition does and you have a great shot because of that.
