Great shot, I think its called a Ruppell's Griffon Vulture.

It certainly has the 'vulture' look about it.
Whatever it is you've made a great capture.
Getting good shots of BiF (birds in flight) is an art in itself as has been mentioned elsewhere in the Forum threads.
