Storm Denis visits Poolbeg lighthouse

Drove to Poolbeg to try get some dramatic waves crashing against the lighthouse, access was cutoff so this was the best I could manage from a distance

Excellent composition and exposure setting, this captures the raw power of the storm. I wonder if one could bring a bit more details in the clouds, although, I must add, that the current setting works very well.

To Be honest I struggled to bring out the lighthouse, and in the background you can kind of see the headland, it was absolutely bucketing down rain, there was just no cloud to see unfortunately
I know what i like, If not always why.
