Almouth emerging from the mist

Photo Information
First try out of John Riley's Pentax Q, Alnmouth yesterday lunchtime.

Having been pretty dull all morning we got to Alnmouth around lunch time and the sun started to battle its way through the mist. The afternoon was great and by sundown (just before 4pm) the sky was clear. Lovely afternoon in a lovely location.

02 Lens, @5mm, f/5.6, 1/640th Sec, ISO 200.
Fiddled with in Lightroom 5.

Nice capture. I live just down the road in Newbiggin and must make the effort to get up to Alnmouth more.

Thanks for all your comments. I will enjoy playing with the Q!

Yes it is not far from Newbiggin. And a great place for photography. We met a guy there who was saying it is a favourite place for photography courses. I can see why.
