Alfred Street, Stromness

I love the look of wet flagstones and cobbles through the main street of Stromness. Long tripod exposure and the usual problem of flare from the street lamp. I tried cropping out the lit windows on the right but preferred the shot the way it is.

I don't think the flare is too much of an issue, just part of the scene. The shot really captures the loneliness of the place.

There is something about night shots in the rain /wet . Flare is not an issue to me
