6201 Princess Elizabeth in the Purbecks

by Stridey

A Steam Dreams 'The Cathedrals Express' charter nears the end of its outbound service from London to Swanage, shot here approaching Corfe Castle station. This is the first time that this loco has visited the south coast. Challenging lighting conditions with a grey sky and the sun kept going in and out.

A stirring sight.
Best wishes,

Great location with the semaphore signals framing the train.

The result shows no sign of lighting problems! Lovely shot!
