Thanks guys yes it's a Pentax Kr with a kit lens 50mm , I took this shot a few times and this one seemed to be the best one. I am new to this game so it's a learning curve for me. Thanks again for your time

I agree with Shaun; there appears to be something very odd about the 'EXIF' data displayed! I think those little men in your camera's 'on board' chip seem to have been on too much Christmas booze! Considering the focal length displayed, 74099370.666667mm, moving the decimal point 6 places to the left and rounding up, we get 74.099Km (45.95miles), that is one hell of a focal length! The 'Aperture Value' and 'Maximum Aperture' are Planets apart! Considering the exposure time, zero divided by 1 is sort of minus infinity or 'infinitesimal'; you won't be alive long enough to to write down the number of '0's to the right of the decimal point! Despite those Gremlins displaying peculiar info, they have managed to produce an image.
Photographically, your opening comment, 'Trying to get Depth Of Field', you have achieved a shallow Depth Of Field and with only the top machine head spindles in focus, that's fine if that is what you were after and that is usually obtained by using a large diameter aperture (small f/number), such as f/2.8. If you had wanted a deep depth of field, to perhaps get the whole guitar in focus, then you need to use a small aperture (large f/number), such as f/22 and focus mid way along the guitar, for example where the sound box, or body, meets the neck.
Hope this is of some assistance

Hope you don’t mind but are you using a pentax? It’s just your EXIF don’t look like a pentax? Iam really sorry if iam wrong, just never seen that before!
