The state of this poor chap brings many questions to mind.

I can't decide if the inclusion of St Stephen's Tower is a poignant juxtaposition or just gratuitously mischief making - it would still be a compelling portrait without.

Compelling is the right word for this portrait that touches a persons conscience, and then we get on with our lives i suppose.

Hello there,yes l agree on its own it would have worked .. But with parliament just behind for me was a bonus considering all whats going on in there with all there greed and fiddles...Best wishes Alan.
