However, because of the wide aperture (F4), there is almost no Depth of Field. Using a flash (off camera and diffused if possible, or a ring flash if you have one) would help tremendously as it will allow you to use a smaller aperture to get the depth of field and also enable you to freeze the object to ensure a sharp image at the same time.
