A nice idea, well exposed. A couple of thoughts that might be helpful: As the barn is a flat subject we don't need massive amounts of DOF to get everything in focus, so using a wider aperture, maybe as wide as f5.6, would enable use of a faster shutter speed. This would reduce camera shake, assuming this is a hand held shot.

Compositionally, if more space were on the left of the shot this would create an area for the horse to be running into, rather than having the space behind. To further tighten the composition I would make sure the bottom of the wall was parallel to the camera rather than at an angle.

Thanks for the comments, I cropped it wrongly. Yes it was hand-held also........
