Summer Boat (Watercolour effect)

Took a photo from this past summer and tried my 25 steps of layers, filters, and what-not to make a watecolour effect WITHOUT using the Watercolour Artistic Filter in Photoshop Elements.

I can't stand the PS artistic filters, this I don't mind at all, very nice

Many thanks! This photo took about 25 steps using layers, filters, etc just to get this effect, but it was a whole lot of fun! Ned
