Love the lighthouse perched near the precipitous cliff & love the clouds. Speaking of the clouds why did you use iso1100 when 400 would have been ample, the result is noise in them.
You obviously cut the bottom for a good reason but it does leave the whole image with a feeling of hanging in mid air.

The picture was taken from a boat (bobbing and moving on the waves) I seem to think I had set iso at 100 (what I try to normally use). Maybe with the motion I incorrectly adjusted the setting, or perhaps it was auto? Honestly have no idea why I cropped the image. By the way, the date and time is incorrect. I should set the camera as instructed. This shot was actually taken July of 2009.
Thank you for the c&c, it makes me stop and think. Hopefully I will do more of this in the future instead of just recklessly pointing and shooting.
Now I must go dig out the file and see what was cut away.
