I've been rumbled, Kris!

Yes, I had a sly read in Tescos whilst my beloved was doing the shopping and memorised the technique! I thought this week's was a good issue but it's a patchy mag.

Very simple technique, controllable and much easier than the "usual" method. The more you delve into Photoshop the more you realise there are umpteen ways to skin cats, so to speak. Monochrome conversion, for example.

Do you think the colours suit the subject? I wasn't sure but wanted not to sepia tone, which is my default method of introducing an aged mood.
