Urban Decay or Urban Vibrancy?

Graffiti-laden buildings in Sheffield City Centre - I'm not sure if these buildings are still standing as a lot of the old steel workshops have been demolished recently. This was shot a couple of years ago.

The art work is wonderful and I like your choice of title.
I had a wander around parts of Sheffield last summer and in part was amazed as to how much of the old steel work related buildings were still arund, but also how much was actively being knocked down
