You're making me hungry Andrew ! What was the chilli pepper jam like ? My father in law puts pepper on his strawberries, brings out the flavour apparently.

Chilli jam is scrummy! It goes so well with either savoury or sweet things, but is lovely on freshly baked bread

Not sure if Trixie uses low cholesterol fat in her baking... this looks too good for something half plastic! I love scones...
