Hey David: this is a quite large artificial flower (about 4 or 5 feet high), one of 5 or 6 lined up in a store window in the Yorkville district of Toronto. They are of different colours, and made of cloth and other materials (as in the "golf clubs" in the centre), and braced by thin metal rods and held upright by the metal pole you see here.
