The sea and vanilla ice cream #2

The sea and vanilla ice cream #2

Photo Information
Another photo of Robin Hoods Bay to go with the photo from yesterday. Exactly the same pricessing applied (sync'd in lightroom) but without sane brush strokes and gradients) so interesting how different it looks.

I prefer this version. LIKEd.
PS This version bears more impact than previous one. Previous had a few disturbing elements (lorry, number plate, peoples in background). This latest is a true landscape (seascape)....All above IMHO.
By the way: right editing that well suits to that magical place and moment.

Thanks Giulio

Your comments on the other one are really interesting, I specifically wanted to include the van in the foreground and people in the background and composed for that! Agree the number-plate is a bit distracting

This one is a more trad seascape, I think it probably works better TBH.

I understand Giulios point about true landscape but the first image has more points of interest, it tells a story. To me, this one is somewhat bland in comparison. The processing is just as effective, however.

Both are great. I am swayed to this though
