The Red Dragon at Alresford

by StephenHampshire

76017 pulls into Alresford station with the Red Dragon - a specially re-named Watercress Belle service. I'm not always sure that selective colour works, but I kept the red subdued and I think this is OK, mainly because it loses the multicoloured xmas lights

Dunno about pulling in. It could just as well be hammering through! Super image and the red works (IMHO).
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Like you I'm not always sure about selective colour but you've chosen the right thing to have a splash of colour in this handsome shot. Works for me.

I like it; however a stronger red would work for me!
