Shades of Brown.

Messing about with old manual lenses and a few "bits & bobs" and low side lit lighting.

You've gone and done it again. Lovely image (though I'm wondering how honey and onions go together?)
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks for the kind comments Mike, davidwozhere, GIULIO and YORKIE, much appreciated...Different shades of brown were used to link them together davidwozhere but according to some Pro-photographers, Still Life, can be made up of any kind of objects. I only know this through reading books and watching videos..Thanks for viewing and commenting David, very much appreciated that you view and often comment on my photos, which i know will improve my photography...Thank You..Tom T.

I'd really like to know which old lens this is? The result is delightful!

Thank you Paul...The lens used was a Carl zeiss aus JENA Pancolar 50 mm, f1.8. It is a manual lens and very sharp and gives lovely colours and close focuses to about 6-7 inches...Kind Regards.Tom T.
