Thanks very much David Thoroughly enjoying using the 50-500mm lens, starting to get used to the weight of it for doing hand-held photos, though I do enjoy opportunities (such as for this Oystercatcher) to have it on a gimbal-head & tripod

Been wanting to photograph an Oystercatcher for a long time, glad to have such opportunities with the 'BigmOS' lens, they seem easily startled if they notice humans are close by!
