The short one is Royal Marines but I'm not sure what the other one is. Paras maybe see the shoulder patch. Or the spurs may say something else?? ( Some kind of ordinary soldier ) Or as we Blues would call them "PONGOS"
We had a saying. The Royal Marines SBS can do anything the SAS can do plus walk on water. Happy Days.

I will have to check back in the programme Vic. It was the departing Commandant RM's final parade. I represented former submariners lol
