In Need of Modernisation

This would once have been a bustling Steel Manufactury, making knives, tools or similar objects. Today this group of buildings is in a terrible state of repair and attracts only drug addicts, graffiti artists and wildlife.

There is a great depth to this, a very powerful shot, speaks volumes, great title could easily have been "In need of demolition"
