Turbo Firecat

Derived from an ex-US Navy Grumman S-2 Tracker originally which preceeded the S-3 Viking as a carrier based ASW aircraft.

The French government had a fleet of piston powered aircraft which they then re-engined and upgraded with tirboprops, external fuel tanks and a larger tank for fire-fighting chemicals. the last of these aircraft they retired in 2020.

This aircraft was selected for preservation by a French preservation society and now flies at airshows.
