Winter pansy, *istD and a hand held flash

by davidwozhere

I don't like flash but I had a play with one to see what might happen. With something in both hands, having to rock back and forth to achieve focus with a manual lens produced a fun balancing act (literally). That *istD is still able to hold its end up!

Thank you. I love my *istD with its silky soft shutter action.

I can appreciate how difficult this challenge was, and appreciate your meeting the challenge. Surely the shutter speed is not for real, though, is it.

I haven't worked it out into common language (!) but all *ists do that sort of trick. The shutter is advertised as infinitely variable due to its being electronic - it was ultra modern then don't forget.
