Gladiators

I took this picture a few years ago. I already knew this location that became famous after Galdiator movie was played here with main actor Russell Crowe. That day a strange light embedded those two giants witnesses of past times. I decided to give a go to this place just for special and intriguing mood of that moment. Usually I don't like taking pictures of places where go thousands of peoples to snap...that day I was alone. Strange but true. Camera on tripod.
I have printed this file in A3+ format using EPSON SC P400 printer and Cold Press Bright paper. Really a beautiful result that is not possible to appreciate through a computer monitor, IMHO.

Wonderful... what beautiful balance and symmetry... the two (similar, but not identical) trees brought together by the framing, but kept apart by the diagonals through the field... loads of potential stories here, depending on your own imagination... first class...

Majestic photograph Giulio Such inviting undulations, punctuated harmoniously by the sylvan sentinels. Bravo!
