Pictures like this one say to me, "why do you want a K1 when a K5 can do this?" (It does depend on who is holding it, admittedly).

I read the other day where a renowned National Geographic Photo Editor frequently uses gustatory terms like "luscious" and "delicious" to describe photos she really likes. Well, this one is "lip-smacking" good. Couldn't take my eyes off those yummy foreground reeds, and the light hitting those in the distance is tastefully rendered.
