My niece Meghann who was sixteen in December, taken in my spare bedroom with available light, hopefully i will be getting some lighting soon.

A lovely formal portrait, Maria.
You and Meghann could hire a studio for an hour, might not be too costly and you'd have some fun with different backgrounds and lights.

Thank you Andrew, i have given it a thought but Meg lives in Scotland and when they do come down here they have to visit all the family, so it would be a bit awkward fitting the time schedule in.

This is wonderful Maria, lovely and sharp great black and white, shes a good model too, lovely light and it is a pity you cant get a studio to work in with her, it would be great for you. best wishes Trixie

It isn't your best shot Maria. She looks much older than she really is. The lights arent fortunate for her. Sorry for my words.

No problem Gabor, i used a different lens and also the lighting was way out, you comments are always helpful to me and they never offend.
