I don't normally do colour pops, but this subject seemed to be crying out for it. I'm waiting for the barrage of abuse to begin!

Suits the colour pop, which is quite subtle anyway, the boys are the stars.

There's nothing wrong with colour popping, at times it can be a useful process. The problem is that often its done just for the sake of it and not because it adds anything to the picture. This is why a lot of people get irritated.
This photo benefits from the process because it effectively separates the subject matter from the background.
