Spooky Tree Tunnel

by davidstorm

Maybe the last of my 'cheap lens' shots on the K-1, as we go back to Corfu in a couple of weeks, so I might have a slightly different theme for my images when we get there.

This was snapped on a walk through Rother Valley Country Park, which is on our doorstep. The lens is a £12 Sigma DL Macro Super 70-300mm, bought on ebay last week and described as 'AF not working'. Took a punt as I knew this is a screw-drive lens, so common sense says if it manually focuses the AF would work! Guess what? There's nothing wrong with it.

Very "noir mood". Almost a CSI crime scene. It works fine and good techn. quality.

Oozes suspense.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
