Spurn Head, Sunset

by thingsthatihaveseen

Sunset at Spurn Head towards the end of last year. An unusually high tide cut off the bottom of the spit for over 2 hours across sunset, and I literally had the whole place to myself. Magic.

Lovely. (EXIF shows 4sec's, but it looks longer?)
Best Regards, Larry.

That is rather different and really effective. You certainly know how to find the right locations and how to make the most of them!

Your long exposure shots are something else, wonderful!

Yup....another winner. That front 'smokiness' is colossal.

Thanks all for kind comments...

Know exactly what you mean Larry... think 4 secs is about right from memory... Spurn Head is pretty exposed, so the tide/current can be surprisingly fierce...

Best
