Looking east across from the northern end of East Head - one of the fastest moving sand and shingle spits in the United Kingdom.
East Head, which lies on the Solent Estuary, is one of the last surviving pieces of natural coastline in West Sussex and is owned by the National Trust
So beautiful Phil, restful and calming to look at. Love the quote too.
