A pleasant portrait. Nice relaxed pose, unobtrusive background, the mono works well. Possibly would have under-exposed 1/3 of a stop as the right side of her hair is losing a little detail though left side about right to me.

This might be better without the sepia tone. As an exercise in high key photography it would have more impact in black and white with pure mono tones. As Peter says you could improve it by bringing back some detail in her hair where the highlights have blown.

Agree with Peter and David - basically a nice portrait that is just not quite there. For me not quite enough detail or contrast and the left edge - particularly top left corner are too bright and distracting - but it is close to being very nice indeed
