That's beautifully done. The PoV takes it to another level. Did you get any of their dance? I watched a pair recently and it was lovely to see.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Thanks very much for your kind comments David I did get some of their dance, but they weren't sharp enough. Despite the early hour, there was a bit of a heat haze from that very low POV and the AF-C tracking /back button focusing on far away subjects wasn't coping well with my intentions... wonderfully entertaining to watch them though, bobbing up and down and using pond weed as 'feather boas'

Thanks very much Ged, I have enjoyed using the low P.O.V idea for a few months now and I think that especially for waterfowl it gives a sense of connection. Must get a camouflage groundsheet to lie on as sometimes the best low viewpoints are rather muddying seems😂
