You know what? I preferred the shot when you were drunk It had much more dynamism, and showed off the 31 Ltd's 'pop' better.

Totally new to digital. Would like to know how this type of shot was captured/created?

Hi Blade56

Take a series of shots using fast frame rate, standing still.
Stack the shots in Photoshop and use the 'auto align layers' command.
Erase through to what you want to keep - e.g. a club.
Experiment...
