A fleet of admirals

by OldTaffy

The wild hemp-agrimony (Eupatorium cannabinum) in a corner of our garden always attracts insects when it is in flower. Lately it has been covered with red-admiral butterflies (Vanessa atalanta) which have almost ousted the bees and hover-flies. There are, I think, 23 red-admirals in this photo (plus a couple more further out, cropped out).
My botanist-wife says that the garden variety, though more colourful in flower, is a bit less attractive to insects.
Is there a collective name for a lot of admirals?

Duck Duck Go failed to find one. You seem to have collected a great many of them!
